Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Conference registrants who cancel their attendance by January 13 will receive a full refund; refund amount will be reduced to 50% January 14 - 17, 2026. No refunds will be issued after January 17.
Transfers
Between January 18-23, 2026, conference registrations may be transferred to another conference attendee until Friday, January 23. No transfers accepted after January 23.
Cancellation by APT
If the conference is canceled or postponed by APT, registrants will be offered a full refund.
