Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Conference registrants who cancel their attendance by January 9 will receive a full refund; refund amount will be reduced to 50% after January 16, 2026.
Transfers
Between January 17-23, 2026, conference registrations may be transferred to another conference attendee. No transfers accepted or refunds issued after January 23.
Requests for cancellation and refunds must be emailed to jasmine.carter2@unt.edu.
Cancellation by APT
If the conference is canceled or postponed by APT, registrants will be offered a full refund.
