2026 APT Conference Sponsorship Opportunities
Note for Sponsors and Vendors:
Conference programming will take place in the UNT Gateway Center. We will work to ensure exhibitors have maximum visibility through conference events and networking opportunities. Exhibition space may be limited to the first day, Monday, February 26, 2026.

Platinum Level - $3,000
• Opportunity for pre-recorded video message to be played at a conference general session
• First choice selection of your exhibit space and table location
• Company name and logo displayed prominently throughout conference materials
• Recognition as a top sponsor on social posts promoting the conference; one (1) dedicated social post promoting your sponsorship with appropriate company imagery, branding, message and link
• Prominent logo and link placement on APT marketing emails and registration website
• Conference registration list with email addresses provided two weeks prior to the conference and final registration list provided after conference
• One email to all conference registrants before the conference to promote your organization/company
• Ability to add Company promotional items to attendees’ conference “Welcome” bag
• Opportunity to sponsor door prize drawing with company provided item
• Invitation to Welcome Reception on Monday 2/2/26
• Invitation to provide brief welcome remarks to all attendees at Welcome Reception on Sunday 2/2/26
• Four (4) conference participants (pre-registration information required) to include all conference activities, meals, and events.
Gold Level - $2,000

• Premium selection of your exhibit space and table location
• Recognition as sponsor on all social posts promoting the conference
